Laura Di Martino is a retired Languages and History Teacher, with a passionate interest in all things culture, travel, food and creative arts. Having also worked as an Italian and French language Tour Guide, she knows instinctively the power of a good story, and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to weave this tale of the early Italian immigrants to Adelaide.
